Return & Refund Policy

At Baseline Apparel, all of our products are custom printed on demand especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Item doesn't fit as expected 

We encourage you to carefully review our size guide before placing your order.

We do accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your item has a printing error (misaligned print, incorrect colors, faded print)
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at asmawasif86@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

If approved, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
